What a visit includes
Every visit is the same list in the same order. Nothing is optional and nothing gets skipped because the crew is running late.
- Mowing at the correct height for the season
- String trimming around posts, trees, foundations and fences
- Hard edging along drives, walks and bed lines
- Blow-off of every hard surface before we leave
Turf programs
A typical four-round season

| Pre-emergent + early feed | April | Stops crabgrass before it germinates. |
| Broadleaf control | Late May – June | Dandelion, clover and plantain while actively growing. |
| Summer feed + spot control | July – August | Slow-release nitrogen that will not burn. |
| Fall feed | September – October | The most valuable feeding of the year. |
Ontario restricts cosmetic pesticide use, so what can legally be applied to a residential lawn here is narrower than in the US. We work inside those rules.
Aeration & overseeding
For lawns that stay thin on clay
If the turf is patchy and hard underfoot, the problem is usually compaction. Core aeration pulls plugs out so air, water and seed reach the roots.
- Best in early fall, when seed establishes fastest
- Paired with overseeding so new grass fills the holes
- Ideal for the clay most GTA subdivisions sit on
