Do you only maintain properties you built?
No. We quote maintenance on any Maple property — it is simply easier when we know what is under the surface.
How does the snow trigger depth work?
We agree an accumulation at which your property is serviced. When it hits, you are on the route. You never have to call.
Is there a contract for mowing?
No long-term contract. We ask for the season so routing stays sane, and you can stop with two weeks' notice.
